By using VaultTool, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the application.
VaultTool is a client-side database vault and password manager. We provide tools for local database encryption, local file storage configuration, and backing up databases to your personal cloud directories (Google Drive) via OAuth client integrations.
Since VaultTool uses a zero-knowledge structure, all encryption key derivation occurs locally using your custom PIN or master password. We do not store, manage, or have recovery access to your master passwords or PINs. If you forget your master password or PIN, your data cannot be recovered.
Access to advanced services (including Google Drive Sync and unlimited data records) requires a Pro plan subscription. All payments are securely processed via PayPal. Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless specified otherwise by local consumer laws.
VaultTool is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data, security breaches of local databases, or master password recovery failures) arising out of your use of the application.
